This Coagulation Analyzer is made of 4-channels. It’s measurement principle is in optical calorimetry. after mixing the reagent with plasma, fibrinogen converts into fibrin and coagulates, thus the optical density of the test sample changes and the analyser can detect the coagulation end-point.
